Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible standard, non-custom products. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be returned in the condition received, unused, with any included accessories, and in its original packaging where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required. Handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item may reduce the refund where permitted by law.

Starting a return

Please do not send an item back without prior authorization. Once the return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, BreezeandBough will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. This notification request helps us investigate quickly and does not shorten any mandatory legal right or warranty period.

Handmade and natural variations

Our products are handmade from wood and other natural materials. Variations in wood grain, color, knots, texture, tool marks, carving details, and small differences in shape or dimensions are normal characteristics of handmade work and are not defects.

Custom and personalized products

Personalized, custom, and made-to-order products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns and cannot normally be cancelled after production begins. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved specifications, or if applicable law requires otherwise.

Cancellations

Contact us within 24 hours if you need to request a cancellation or correction. We will try to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfilment has started. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest method is to return an eligible item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. Original delivery charges are refunded only where required by applicable law or where the return results from our error. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions may have additional cancellation, conformity, warranty, or refund rights. Any exception for custom or clearly personalized products applies only to the extent permitted by law.
